3B is a pioneering website dedicated to early identification of developmental disorders in children. Our goal was to design a clear, intuitive interface that simplifies complex information and allows parents, schools, and healthcare professionals to easily access practical tools, including a library of educational articles. We also ensured the website works smoothly and stays accessible on all devices.

Website Concept

Our design concept was to create a calm, trusted online space focused on early childhood support. We combined clear educational content with thoughtful tools, such as AI insights and simple progress tracking, all presented through an easy‑to‑navigate and user-friendly interface. Ultimately, we aimed to design a website that not only raises awareness but also supports a brighter, more hopeful path for every child.

We Decided

To boost performance, we optimised images, used lazy loading, and streamlined code to ensure fast loading times.

To address the clarity issue, we used visual timelines, simple icons, and plain-language descriptions.

To make the website scalable, we employed a modular frontend structure with reusable components.

To make the website accessible, we built a responsive design that feels user-friendly across every screen size.

Some additional information

Every design and development decision was made to support the core mission. For instance, the calm color palette and clear typography were chosen to reduce anxiety. Another design goal was to ensure the website's clarity extended to all users, including children with cognitive or intellectual disabilities. Also from a technical standpoint, we built a responsive frontend with semantic HTML/CSS for accessibility and a secure WordPress backend with MySQL to protect sensitive user data and growth information.

Identity Design

Our design and development were guided by the meaning behind "3B" which stands for Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, and Biosafety. We built a platform that mirrors these goals: a trustworthy interface for innovative tools, clear pathways for complex information, and a secure, accessible space for sensitive health data.

Colors

We used a spectrum of teal such as (#0D4A52) as the heart of our design to convey a sense of trust, calmness, and scientific precision. We also made use of White frequently to add clarity as well as Light Gray (#F5F5F5) for background readability.

Typography

We used “Lora” font for headings to ensure clarity and create a modern, accessible tone. For body text we used “Inter” font which provides optimal readability and evokes a comfortable reading experience across all devices.

We brought the 3B Group platform to life in approximately 2 months. We built the frontend with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and managed the backend with WordPress, Elementor, PHP, and MySQL.

Our toolset was carefully chosen to balance visual creativity with technical stability, allowing a smooth workflow from design to deployment. Among the tools included in this toolkit are Figma for design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for structure and interactivity, PHP and MySQL for robust backend functions, as well as WordPress with Elementor for content management functionality.
