4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds
All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Except as expressly required by applicable law or the specific refund policies of third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), all payments are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, code, software, algorithms, and logos, is the exclusive property of The Cyberia Tech and its licensors. It is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
